However, you will only be able to check out three items, and then your card will be mailed to you. You will need to bring along appropriate identification when you next visit the library. You can place holds at the library or while using the library's online catalog. You may also call 886-6315, and a Librarian will place a hold for you. To place a hold on an item when using our web catalog, click on the words Place Hold . A login screen will appear. You will need to type in the entire number from the back of your library card under the words Library Card Number. Do not type in spaces or dashes in your library card number. Next to your library card number, type in your PIN number. The PIN number is the last four digits of your phone number. Next choose either First Available Copy or Specific Copy. After you click on one of the previous options you will be asked to re-enter your PIN number. A Submit Hold screen will appear. Check to see that Neenah is the pickup location. If this is correct, click on the words Submit Hold. You will receive a notice in the mail or e-mail when the item arrives at the library for you.
If you wish to have your reserve notices e-mailed to you see the Your Account page for instructions.
If the material you would like appears in our online catalog, you may place a
reserve on it. The item will then be sent to the Neenah Public Library for
you.
If the item does not appear in our catalog, you may request that the
item be ordered through Interlibrary Loan. Stop at the Reference Desk or call
886-6315 for assistance.
