Friday, April 3rd: Bootcamp Come PUSH yourself with a blend of cardio and body-weight training that will definitely make you sweat. Participants will need to bring tennis shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel. With Katie Baneck from PUSH Fitness.
Friday, April 17th: Cardio & Strength Training This class will consist of a warm up, aerobic activity, and muscle strengthening. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle, additionally bring a mat and weights if you have them.Instructed by Pamela Marta, certified through NETA and currently a leader at the Neenah/Menasha YMCA.
