Come push yourself with a blend of cardio and body-weight training that will definitely make you sweat. Participants will need to bring tennis shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

It is based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy to do" allowing participants to stick with it and achieve long-term health benefits. For class wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle and a small towel!
