EMBRACING WELLNESS, a series on living naturally well, whole, & balanced. Embracing Wellness is held in the Shattuck Community Room on the first floor at 6:30pm. Free & open to the public. No registration necessary.

Eating Healthy During the Holidays lead by Rachel Koehler and Nicole Koepp
Rachel and Nicole will discuss how to make healthy choices while still enjoying favorite holiday meals. They will discuss nutritional facts about average holiday meals, and great ways to improve them, plus share healthy and delicious recipes and substitutions. Also, how to balance, activities and foods to promote energy and a healthy system, and share meal preparation and planning to spend less time in the kitchen, and more time with loved ones.

Awaken Your Inner Goddess with Mary Wojcik.
Connect with the goddess within, in this workshop, we will discuss who your inner goddess is and why you and the world need her. We will also look at various goddess archetypes, and then do a fun activity to help you frame in your inner goddess. Activity materials will be provided.
