Starting in July, the Neenah Public Library will begin notifying you with an automated phone call when an item is four days overdue or a hold is available for pick-up. This service is offered as a courtesy to library users. The move to automated phone notices will help us to reduce postage and save your tax dollars. Please verify or update your phone number on the Your Account page or at any Service Desk.
Prefer an e-mail notice?
For your convenience, sign up to receive e-mail notices instead of automated phone calls. You will receive e-mail notices:
- Three days before items are due.
- When holds are ready for pickup.
- When it is time to update your library card.
To sign up for e-mail notices, add your e-mail address online, or ask to have your e-mail added to your account at any Service Desk.
Library using collection agency
A small number of library users do not return library materials or pay for their replacement. The library uses Unique Management Systems (UMS), a collection agency, to collect long overdue fines and bills for library materials. You can read more about the overdue notice and billing schedule here.
