Fitness Fridays

Friday, April 17th 9:15: Cardio & Strength Training This class will consist of a warm up, aerobic activity, and muscle strengthening. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle, additionally bring a mat and weights if you have them.Instructed by Pamela Marta, certified through NETA and currently a leader at the Neenah/Menasha YMCA.
