FItness Fridays

Join us for Pilates on Friday, September 5th 9:15-10:15 Discover what everyone’s talking about! Pilates  is based on ballet routines and will strengthen your core, tone your muscles, and deepen your connection with your body!

Friday, September 19th: Yoga Join us for a strengthening, centering hour of yoga! We'll dim the lights, take some deep breaths, and prepare our minds for the coming hectic, holiday weekend! Fitness Friday will be in the Storytime Room this week.

Friday, October 17th:Cardio & Strength Training This class will consist of a warm up, aerobic activity, and muscle strengthening. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle, additionally bring a mat and weights if you have them.
Instructed by Pamela Marta, certified through NETA and currently a leader at the Neenah/Menasha YMCA.
