Friday, June 6th 9:15-10:15: Cardio & Strength Training!

This class will consist of a warm up, aerobic activity, and muscle strengthening. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle, additionally bring a mat and weights if you have them.

Instructed by Pamela Marta, certified through NETA and currently a leader at the Neenah/Menasha YMCA. She is a marathon and long distant runner with a strong love for health and fitness.

Friday June 13th 9:15-10:15: ZUMBA!

Zumba® is a fusion of Latin and  International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness  system. It combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "fun and easy to do" allowing participants to stick with it and achieve long-term health benefits. For class wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle and a small towel!

Instructed by Jacqui Brown, Official Zumba® Fitness    Instructor and AFFA Group Fitness Certified.
