This talk provides an overview of the Great Depression, the natural resources and economic need for Roosevelt's Emergency Conservation Work Act, the living conditions and work performed by the CCC volunteers, and the rustic architecture in our parks that were developed during the CCC era. It includes a one-hour Powerpoint presentation suitable for youth and adult audiences.
