History Program-History of Making Beer in Neenah

At one time there were four independent breweries in the Neenah-Menasha area.  However, over time these small operations succumbed to the pressure of competing with the bigger name Wisconsin breweries.  Join us with beer historian Lee Reiherzer as he will discuss the history of making beer in Neenah.

History Program- Beyond Scrapbooks & Shoe Boxes: Preserving the Papers of Your Family History

Wisconsin Historical Society Archivist Emil Hoelter will share valuable information and tips on safe keeping the precious photographs and papers that are an important part of your history. This program is sponsored by the Wisconsin Historical Records Advisory Board, with financial support from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission, the granting arm of the National Archives.

History Program-Neenah High School Hall of Fame

Jim Strick, Communications Manager for the Neenah Joint School District, will give an overview of the interesting lives and accomplishments of the inaugural hall of fame class for 2015 as well as information on the nomination process for 2016.
