Footloose Friday

Kids boogie at the Neenah Public Library, on Footloose Fridays. Kids of all ages (with a caregiver) are invited on the second Friday of every month at 9:30 a.m., for a half-hour of rhythm, rhyme and movement. There will be listen-and-follow songs, bells and shaker eggs, and good fun music. No talent necessary! The first Footloose Friday of the fall will be on Friday, September 9, at 9:30 a.m. The program is drop-in – no registration required.

Library programming is made possible by the Friends of the Neenah Library and by the Neenah Library Trust Fund.

Pooches and Pages

Pooches & Pages is held on the second Saturday of every month. It is a reading program designed to build reading confidence and self-esteem, help a child maintain focus for a longer period of time, and increase the motivation to read. Dogs are carefully selected to ensure a safe and fun experience, and the owner/handlers are library volunteers who love helping children become enthusiastic readers. The dogs are gentle, calm and polite and listen patiently and without judgment as a child reads aloud.

Registration required, call 886-6335
