Volunteers with AARP will be at the library Thursdays from 12:15-4:00 to help low- to moderate- income taxpayers and seniors prepare their tax returns.

Back by very popular demand, the Neenah Public Library is excited to announce free Ukulele Classes Thursdays from 6:00pm - 7:00pm, Jan 18th - March 8th taught by Sam ‘Ālika Bader. All skill levels are encouraged to attend these beginner lessons. Be sure to bring your ukulele.
Then stick around afterward for an open jam session. Everyone is invited. Bring music you're working on, something you're having trouble with, play a solo or a duet for the group, play along with your fellow ukers. All skill levels welcome!

Tropical Plants in Barbados & Costa Rica with Master Gardener, Don Brill – Don Brill will make a comparison of two trips: Costa Rico which still has native plants and animals and Barbados where sugar became king and tropical plants replaced natives. You will see great gardens created by garden lovers, exotic plants including house plants on steroids growing outdoors. We will see Costa Rico’s native habitats and more.

Join us for a fantastic performance from the talented vocalist, Steven Paul Spears, with Lawrence University Conservatory students and gifted pianist, Linda Sparks!
Steven Paul Spears is currently an associate professor of music in voice and opera at Lawrence University. Mr. Spears received a, "Master’s Degree in Music from the Juilliard School, where he studied with Marlena Malas. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of Louisville School, working under Edith Davis Tidwell, with whom he still studies. Steven is enjoying his twentieth year of singing professionally, beginning his eighth year of teaching at Lawrence Conservatory."
The hour-long concert will take place in the first floor Shattuck Community Room. Concerts are open to all interested individuals!
Join us for a wonderful afternoon concert with The Fox Valley Flute Choir! The talented group includes sixteen individuals who perform under the direction of Patricia George and Marc Sackman, playing several concerts each year around Wisconsin. The ensemble performs on piccolo, c flutes, alto flutes, bass flutes, and a contra bass. The program will include works by Boyce, Schubert, Louke, Ravel, and Ink.
The hour-long concert is free and open to all individuals!
