Theda Clark Peters dreamed of a better life for the people of her community. Before her sudden passing in 1903, just three days after giving birth to her only child, she made sure her hometown of Neenah would have a hospital to care for the sick and improve the health of all people. On October 18, 1909, the sixth birthday of Theda’s daughter, ThedaCare opened its first doors. Join Imran Andrabi, MD, president and CEO of ThedaCare, as he shares the legacy of ThedaCare and the future of the health and well being of our communities.

There will be no in person version at the library, however, we will live stream the event on Facebook and also show it on our YouTube Channel at a later date.

History programs are sponsored by the Neenah Historical Society and co-sponsored by the Neenah Public Library
