Wi-Fi printing

Wi-Fi printing is available at the Neenah Public Library. To print, connect to Neenah Public Library's Wi-Fi network and follow the instructions below for your particular device. Visit the second floor desk and staff will release the print jobs. Printing is $.10 for black and white and $.25 for color copies per side. Need help? Ask at the second floor reference desk for assistance.

Android

First time users, need to download the Mobility Print App.

  1. Connect to Neenah Public Library's Wi-Fi network.
  2. Install the Mobility Print app from the Google Play Store.
  3. Launch the app.
  4. Tap Android settings.
  5. Tap Mobility Print.
  6. Tap the enable toggle.
  7. Exit out of Settings.

Important: Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to Neenah Public Library's Wi-Fi network.

To print your document

  1. Open content to print
  2. Tap the Share icon or find the print button located in the apps menu
  3. Tap Print icon and select neenah lib 2nd floor
  4. Tap Options to configure your print
  5. Tap Print
  6. The username is nplprint and password print

The way you print is different depending on the app you want to print from. For more information, see the documentation for the app. When you select a printer, make sure you select a Mobility Print printer as identified by the PaperCut icon.

IOS

Important: Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to Neenah Public Library's Wi-Fi network.

On iPhones and iPads, Mobility Print just works like AirPrint!

  1. Connect to the Neenah Public Library's wireless network
  2. Open content to print
  3. Tap the Share icon
  4. Swipe left and tap the Print icon
  5. Select the printer
  6. Select Neenah lib 2nd floor
  7. Enter the username nplprint and password print
  8. Tap Options to configure your print
  9. Tap Print

Windows

Important: Make sure your Windows tablet or laptop is connected to Neenah Public Library's Wi-Fi network.

  1. Download and run this Mobility Print Printer Setup (pc-mobility-print-printer-setup.exe).
  2. On the License Agreement screen, click Next.
  3. Select a printer; then click Next.
    Enter the username nplprint and password print
  4. Click Finish.
  5. Print your document.

Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Microsoft Windows 7+.

Chrome

Important: Make sure you are connected to Neenah Public Library's Wi-Fi network.

  1. Install the Mobility Print Chrome app.
  2. Open the page to print.
  3. If printing is available, right-click; then select Print.
  4. Click Change to choose a printer.
  5. Select a printer from the list.
    Make sure you select a Mobility Print printer as identified by the PaperCut icon Image removed..
  6. When prompted enter the username nplprint and password print.

Device requirements: Mobility Print supports Chrome OS with Chrome version 43+. Supported devices include Chrome Books from Acer, Asus, HP, Lenovo, and Toshiba.
