The library will open at noon today. All library activities and programs are canceled for the day. 

Duo Doodlebugs, Judy Sarnecki and Sharon Bowen, will entertain us with song and lead us in sing-a-long.

Memory Cafés are for those experiencing early stage dementia, mild memory loss or cognitive impairment, and for family and friends of those affected. It’s a great opportunity for lively discussions, information gathering, refreshments, camaraderie, and lots of creative fun thrown in! We have a gerontology professional on hand to answer questions and an enormous wealth of experience among participants to be shared. We’d be delighted if you would join us!

AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY
As a copywriter at a Milwaukee-based advertising agency, Matthew Janzen wrote ads for
clients of all sizes and tax codes — but his passion was beer. So he quit his job, grabbed
a camera, and hit the road to learn more about craft beer than he could gather from
newspapers and liquor stores alone. Two years later, he published a book about
breweries and the industries that supply them. Now, Matt’s on the road again; spreading
the word about what he discovered, and continuing his mission to drink good beer made
by people who give a damn about their communities.

Back by very popular demand, the Neenah Public Library is excited to announce free Ukulele Classes Thursdays from 6:00pm - 7:00pm, March 29-May 17 taught by Sam ‘Ālika Bader. All skill levels are encouraged to attend these beginner lessons. Be sure to bring your ukulele.

Join the Neenah Historical Society and the Neenah Library for a presentation on the history of Neenah's Community Band. From its start, the band has been making beautiful music for the city, and that tradition continues today. This presentation will share the stories behind the band and will also feature musical selections from a smaller performance group from the band. The program is free,  open to the public, and is part of our "Making a Hometown" series of presentations.

Join us for an exciting performance from Walt Hamburger. This local artist is back at the library to showcase original, acoustic songs ranging from heart-felt ballads to rock ‘n roll. Walt showcases his humor, energy and exceptional talent with every performance!

The hour-long concerts are open to all interested individuals! Refreshments will be served and the event will take place in the first floor Shattuck Community Room.
