DARKEST HOUR (PG-13, 125 minutes )

Starring Gary Oldman

During the early days of World War II, the fate of Western Europe hangs on the newly-appointed British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, who must decide whether to negotiate with Adolf Hitler, or fight on against incredible odds.

With today’s busy lifestyle it can be difficult to read an entire book in one month. That’s why the Neenah Public Library started Short Story Night. Join us at Lion's Tail Brewing in downtown Neenah, Monday, June 11th, at 7:00pm as we discuss Jack London's classic tale "To Build a Fire" and O. Henry Prize winning short story "Paddle to Canada" by Heather Monley. Join us for a relaxed hour of lively discussion, trivia, prizes, and more. Read the stories online before Monday’s discussion at www.neenahlibrary.org/shortstory or pick up a copy at the Neenah Public Library reference desk. No registration required.

For more information, please contact the Neenah Public Library adult reference desk by phone: 920-886-6315 or e-mail: Library@neenahlibrary.org.

Everyone is welcome. If accommodations are needed to attend, please contact the library administrative office at 920-886-6301 or by email at library@neenahlibrary.org at least 24 hours in advance of the program.
