An exploration of the life, lessons, and legacy of iconic children's television host, Fred Rogers.

We will discuss what you should be considering in your own estate planning documents and how you can best protect yourself and your family. Presented by Attorneys Kevin Davidson and Tracy Gibson.

Join us at Lion's Tail Brewing in downtown Neenah, Monday, November 12th, at 7:00pm as we discuss Tim O'Brien's classic story "On the Rainy River." Like a cross between a traditional book club and a late night talk show, Short Story Night includes trivia, commentary, discussion, author interviews and more. Tech Talk Tuesday

Join us for Tech Talk Tuesday to learn about a variety of tech topics. We will discuss everything from online security to social media to the digital library!

2nd Tuesday of the month, October to April, 1:30 PM in the Aylward Room. All interested individuals are welcome to attend, registration is not required.

Thursday, November 15

Bring music you're working on, something you're having trouble with, play a solo or a duet for the group, play along with your fellow ukers. All skill levels welcome!

Ukers will meet in the first floor Story Time Room.

Drop in for a friendly game of chess every Thursday evening from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. All ages and skill levels are encouraged to attend. Even if you have never played, but are interested in learning, stop by and we will teach you. No registration or chess boards required. Chess is played on the library's second floor.

Join us for a special presentation in honor of Native American History month. Cathy Caldwell, a Stockbridge-Munsee tribal member, will present the history of her family and the unique and challenging experiences they have faced as Native Americans living in Wisconsin from before the turn of the previous century.

History programs are sponsored by the Neenah Historical Society and co-sponsored by the Neenah Public Library

Featuring your favorite Classic Arcade games, like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong Jr, Frogger and more, this event is perfect for all ages and skill levels. So whether you’re a seasoned gamer that grew up in the arcades, or you just want to try some old-school games, be sure to join us for this family friendly event. No registration necessary.

Sunday, November 18

In partnership with Lawrence University, the Neenah Public Library is excited to announce, “Giants of Jazz.” Each of the four performances will highlight a different jazz legend and will begin with a brief lecture; offering a historical context and a lesson on jazz appreciation. Then Lawrence students will perform selected works by the featured artist. Join us for our session on John Coltrane, Sunday November 18th at 2:00pm in the library’s Shattuck Room.
