The 11th Annual Fox Cities Book Festival presents author John Mitchell.

Writer and filmmaker John Mitchell gives his humorous take on the crazy chaos of self-distribution in the film and the self-publishing world.

From the creative process of bringing a project to its final form, to the legal challenges of copyrights and permissions, and ultimately the seeming nightmare of finding distribution and marketing channels that work, it takes a whole lot of tenacity, passion and determination with just a hint of insanity to do self-distribution, and even then your work has just begun.

The Fox Cities Book Festival connects writers and readers. One week, over 50 authors, 60 events at 15 venues throughout the Fox Cities! Please visit the Festival online for a full schedule and details about each author and event. All events are free and open to the public, please join us for a fantastic week!
